Check in attendees and print badges on the spot

Scan a ticket or search a name, check the attendee in and print their badge straight away. Add a self-service kiosk, and let volunteers work the desk from a link.

  • Attendees checked in with one scan
  • Name badges printed straight away
  • Kiosks and volunteers share the desk work

Check in and print badges at the desk

Scan the code on a ticket, or search by order number, email or name. The desk uses the same check-in as your door app, and tells your staff plainly when a ticket was already used, refunded or outside its check-in times. The badge prints straight away with your event's logo and colour and the attendee's name. It also carries their company and job title from your checkout questions, the ticket type and a QR code.

  • Scan or search: by order number, email or name
  • Same check-in as the door: a later scan at the door shows them checked in
  • Name badges: A6 lanyard or CR80 card, from your brand kit

Let attendees check themselves in

Put a tablet and a badge printer by the entrance and open a kiosk link. Attendees scan the ticket from their email, or enter their email address and the six-digit code they receive. Then they check in and print their own badge.

  • Kiosk link: on any tablet, with no sign-in
  • Code by email: for attendees without their ticket to hand
  • Self-printed badges: printed by the attendee at the kiosk

Share the desk with volunteers and welcome walk-ups

Give volunteers a registration link so they can work your desk without a dashboard login, and stop the link at any time. Walk-ups scan a QR code on the desk, buy on your event page and then check in like everyone else.

  • Registration link: for volunteers without a dashboard login
  • Walk-up sales: buy a ticket from a QR code on the desk
  • Badge setup carried over: copy it to your next edition

Let delegates pick sessions and keep rooms the right size

Turn the talks and workshops on your agenda into sessions delegates pick on their order page. Each delegate gets a place, a full room gets a waiting list, and delegates see a warning before two picks clash. Door staff scan tickets into each session from a link on their phone. The attendance report shows who came, who did not and your most popular sessions.

  • Sessions to pick: from your agenda, on each delegate's order page
  • Session doors: only the people who picked the session go in
  • Attendance report: who came, who did not and the most popular sessions

Help delegates meet the right people and ask questions live

Switch on your attendee directory, and delegates join it from their order page and choose what others see. They find people with shared interests and ask to meet at one of your meeting times, with a table for each meeting. Exhibitors take meeting bookings at their booth. In each session, delegates ask and upvote questions and vote in polls from a QR code. Your moderator chooses what shows, and the presenter view shows the top questions in large type.

  • Attendee directory: delegates choose what others see about them
  • Delegate meetings: at the times and tables you set, with suggestions by shared interests
  • Live Q&A and polls: from a QR code, with no sign-in

Go Deeper Into Registration and Badges

See how your team does each job in the dashboard, set it up step by step and get answers to your questions.

  • Registration & badges

Check attendees in and print branded badges at the desk or at a self check-in kiosk. Volunteers run the desk from a link, and each reprint is on record.

  • Sessions & networking

Delegates pick sessions from your agenda with a place each, your door team admits only the people who picked them, and delegates meet, book meetings and ask questions live.

Run registration from any browser

  • Live Q&A and polls

Open a Q&A board for each session, moderate the questions, run polls and show the top questions on the presenter view.
