Get every artist advance back complete and on time

Send the agent or tour manager one link to fill in travel, hotel and guest list details. Fai suggests answers from their emails and chases what is missing.

Ticket Fairy Event Operating System: Artists & line-up
  • Advances filled in by each act's team
  • Fai chases the missing details
  • Fans plan their day around your line-up

Let each act's own team fill in the advance

Hand the advance to the people who know the details. Send the agent or tour manager one link. On that page they enter travel, hotel, schedule, technical, hospitality and guest list details, upload riders and sign the contract, without making an account. Fai fills in answers from the act's replies, forwarded emails and tour books, and shows where each answer came from. She chases what is missing, and you sign off each advance.

  • A page for their team: no account to make, and the tour manager can invite teammates
  • Advance from anything: answers from emails and tour books, each one for you to accept
  • Allowances: guest list places, rooms, nights and meals from the offer

Catch running-order clashes before show day

Spot a clash while it is still easy to fix. On each show day, running-order checks warn you about the same act on two stages and flights that land after soundcheck. They also flag changeovers too short for the stage, sets past curfew and rider items the stage cannot take. Each problem comes with a fix from Fai that you apply in one tap and undo in one tap.

  • Schedule: set times across stages and days
  • Running-order checks: clashes, travel, changeovers and curfew
  • Fixes from Fai: move, swap or shorten a set, and undo it

Choose your acts and speakers from their applications

Take Apply to play and Submit a talk applications from your own forms. Fai summarises each one, gives it a score with reasons and flags likely repeats. Your review panel scores them too, from the dashboard or their own link. When you accept an act, they join your artists with a draft offer and their advance started.

  • Applications: new, reviewing, accepted and declined
  • Review panel: reviewers score without seeing who applied, unless you choose
  • Accept in one step: a draft offer and the advance started for you

Keep fans excited as you announce your line-up

Choose which acts appear publicly with a photo, bio and links. Fai drafts the bios, and you review each change before you publish. Give each act an announce time to reveal your line-up in waves. When a set moves, the email to your ticket holders opens with the change already filled in.

  • Announce times: reveal each act when you choose
  • Line-up and timetable: on your event page and your own website
  • My schedule: fans star the sets they want and add them to their calendar
